All Target Spot Cleaning Equipment is covered by a lifetime limited warranty.  Parts are covered against defects for 12 months and all labor charges are covered for the working life of the unit.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Technical Marketing, Ltd. makes every effort to ensure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product meets high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser, for a period of 1 year from date of purchase, that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, that all components are free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Additionally for the effective life of the product any labor resulting from repair of the equipment will be at no charge to the owner, provided that the following terms and conditions are complied with.  This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident' repairs or alterations outside our facilities, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.

 To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the product. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election, or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense. If we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty, then you must bear our costs in storing and returning the product.

 Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, improper operation or modification, or unauthorized service or parts. Technical Marketing, Ltd.  will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages or other losses or expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of its products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Note: 

Use of cleaning fluids, solutions (water based or similar) that cause corrosion to internal parts will  void warranty.

Any equipment returned in an unserviceable condition due to build up of dirt, or corrosion etc. may be assessed a cleaning charge. 

To obtain service, please return the equipment to the place of purchase or directly to Technical Marketing.  Always include your company name and address and a copy of your receipt showing date of purchase.  Warranty claims will only be accepted if we have a valid warranty card for the equipment on file.
