1.
Locate the small brass screw on the top of the pump
housing. Grasp hold of the nozzle and
hold stationary.
2.
Remove screw,
taking special care to ensure that the pump does not spring out.
3.
Replace the
screw with longer brass screw supplied with the Air Dryer attachment.
NOTE: The screw has a conical point on the end. There is a corresponding indentation on
the top of the pump. This must be
visible before replacing the screw.
For TG125 & TG200
4. From the front of the gun, Slip the Air Dryer over the screw
on the gun. Make sure that the small
loop of hose goes under the nozzle.
For TG150
4. From the front of the gun, slip both sides of the Air Dryer
mounting bracket onto the screw. Make
sure that the small loop of hose goes under the nozzle.
5. Screw down the Air Dryer using the supplied chrome Thumb Nut.
6.
Connect
the end of the air supply hose to a ¼” air supply line.
Important, Do not exceed 80psi air pressure
